

About Body by Ade

My fitness journey started in 2013 when I was 17 years old. I suffered from eating disorders and was enrolled in a treatment program for recovery.
Nothing stuck or worked for me; I felt overwhelmed and hopeless. One day I decided to go to the gym with friends and I was introduced to strength training. Needless to say, I fell in love! Discovering my strength and potential to grow improved my mental health and began to heal my relationship with food and body image. The gym became my outlet and helped me overcome tremendous things! Exercising truly saved me; the physical and emotional impacts that I experienced motivated me to pursue a career in fitness and a degree in psychology.
As a coach, I will provide you with the tools and support you need to help you reach your goals and feel like your best self! Throughout my fitness journey, I've learned the importance of prioritizing how you feel over how you look. Body by Ade embodies that mentality and promotes the goal of getting a little bit better every day. Be patient. Be optimistic. Do you.
